At Gratitude x3, every order is sent with care, love, and intention. We want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make with us.
Returns
Not in love with your order? No worries. We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- It's in its original packaging
- All tags and labels are still attached
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, crystal and wellness jewelry items may only be returned if defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
It's simple:
- Email us at hello@gratitudex3.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We'll do our best to make it right. Just email hello@gratitudex3.com and mention what you'd like instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@gratitudex3.com with a photo and your order number.
