Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily serve customers in the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at hello@gratitudex3.com and we'll do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track it directly through the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! Please email us at hello@gratitudex3.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. We'll do everything we can to help.

How do your clothing sizes run?
Our linen and cotton pieces are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit and generally run true to size. We offer sizes S through 3XL. When in doubt, size up for a more flowy feel.

Are your crystals genuine?
Absolutely. Every crystal and stone piece in our Sacred Adornments collection is genuine not synthetic. We source with intention and quality as our top priorities.
How do I care for my crystal bracelet?
To keep your bracelet energetically clear and physically beautiful:
- Cleanse monthly by placing in moonlight overnight or using sage/palo santo
- Avoid water remove before swimming, bathing, or washing hands
- Store separately to prevent scratching
- Recharge in sunlight for 15–30 minutes (check stone-specific guidelines)
What's the difference between the bracelets?
Each bracelet in our collection is designed with a specific intention. The Triple Protection Bracelet focuses on grounding and protection.
